Quick & Easy Fried Rice

Hello,
Hope everyone across the globe is doing well, I have been good just a little busy with family as my dad has just returned home after 2 years so spending a lot of time with him. 

So, today's recipe is something that is so easy and quick to cook, even someone who is cooking for the first time can make it without any hesitation. Now as you know, I come from a Sindhi household and trust me when it comes to food we literally love it so much so we can turn leftovers into a recipe in a matter of seconds. This is somewhat the same, as it uses a lot of leftovers. 

Coming to fried rice, everyone has grown up eating it and around the world, there are different versions. So, without wasting any more time let's see how it was made and what ingredients were used.


List Of Ingredients
Leftover Rice 
Green Peas (Fresh Or Frozen)
Mushrooms
Soya Sauce
Salt 
Black Pepper
Garlic


Cooking Process
In a wok, heat some olive oil with the garlic, then add the mushrooms, green peas and cook them. Next up add the leftover rice, salt, black pepper according to taste mix it well and finally a splash of soya sauce. Mix them well, cover it and let it cook for 15 mins and you are done. Wasn't that easy?
